What is the radar detection range?
The standard range is 150 m on the SR10, SR30, SR50 and TK10, and 190 m on the SR70. That is far beyond what you can see or hear, and it's what buys you 8–10 seconds of warning at 50 km/h.

How visible is the taillight?
A 220° beam visible to 1.6 km in daylight, with five light modes (four on the SR70). The light gets more assertive as a vehicle gets closer.

Is it waterproof?
Yes. The SR10, SR30, SR50 and TK10 are IP67; the SR70 is IP56. They handle rain, dust and rough outdoor conditions.

Does it work with Garmin?
The SR10 is ANT+ compatible and pairs with Garmin cycling computers for a head-unit display. Other models use Bluetooth 5.0 / Wi-Fi.

How long does the battery last?
SR10: 15–18 h · SR30: ~8 h · SR50: ~8 h · SR70: 11–15 h · TK10: 8–10 h (all with radar on). All charge via USB-C.

How do I mount it?
Includes a mount that fits round tubes 27–36 mm, plus a silicone pad. Mount in under a minute — no tools required for most bikes.

What is your MOQ?
10,000 pcs for a full ODM programme and 3,000 pcs for OEM / build-to-print. We confirm the exact figure with your quote.

How much does customization cost?
NRE and tooling are quoted line by line — design, tooling, firmware. Tooling is yours, and NRE can be credited against volume where agreed.

Who owns the IP and tooling?
On final payment, industrial design, tooling and firmware branches transfer to your brand. We never share, resell or reuse a customer's design.

Which certifications do you support?
CE, FCC and RoHS as standard, with cooperation on market-specific certifications for your target regions. Confirm at RFQ stage.

How long does development take?
Sample in 4–8 weeks; mass production 4–6 months for a derivative model.

What is the warranty?
12-month warranty with spares and RMA handling. Confirm exact terms with your order.
